Basic Life Support (BLS) for Healthcare Providers Certification
BLS for Healthcare Providers (American Heart Association) is for those who possess or are in the process of obtaining a professional medical license. (i.e. nurses, EMT's, dental professionals, doctors, etc..). This course is an "advanced" version of CPR and includes Adult, Child, and Infant training. Your certification will be valid for 2 years and will be issued the same day as the course in an e-card format.
ONLINE HYBRID COURSE: You may opt to take the online portion of BLS through the AHA and visit us for a "skills session". To purchase an online course, please visit the link below. Once completed, you can schedule a skills session through us.

The BLS Course trains participants to promptly recognize several life-threatening emergencies, give high-quality chest compressions, deliver appropriate ventilations and provide early use of an AED.
In the Instructor-led course, students participate in simulated clinical scenarios and learning stations. Students work with an AHA BLS Instructor to complete BLS skills practice and skills testing. Students are required to purchase their own books for this course.
Purchase of this course may be for new providers, renewals, and skills checks. There is no price difference for the route in which you choose to certify. Your card will be issued via email through the American Heart Association's new "E-Card" system.
